Founded in 1982, AGA is one of the leading providers of employment and training services in Australia.
We support apprentices and trainees through our Apprentice and Employment Service, specialist mentoring and support programs and pre-apprenticeship skills courses. As a Registered Training Organisation, we offer a wide range of accredited and non-accredited training including pre-employment, transition, partial and full qualification and specialist industry training.
We partner with Victorian schools to offer trade and industry training to Year 10, 11 and 12 students through our Vocational Education and Training Delivered to Secondary Schools (VDSS) program. We also deliver Transition to Work services for young people in the north east metropolitan region of Melbourne, helping young adults develop practical skills to increase their employment options.
